Death and the Ring of Ascension Juliano and Chief White Eagle through David K. Miller June 2005 Greetings. I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. For this lecture, we would like to explore the perception of death from the fifth dimension. We would like to look at some of our teachings about this transitional time from the perspectives of both higher beings and Earthlings. I see that the subject is one that is filled with great fear, emotion and many psychological blocks. Most Earth beings do not think about the concepts of the afterlife, death or the dying process during their lifetimes. For many people, even the knowledge that there are other lifetimes beyond the current one is rather difficult to accept. In studying Earth beings, we have found that fifty or one hundred lifetimes might be necessary before a person actually has an awareness of the process of soul travel. REINCARNATE ONTO PLANETS BEYOND EARTH Most people require different lessons in different lifetimes in order to come to a basic understanding of what is considered standard acceptable knowledge in galactic civilization. This knowledge states that one is able to incarnate into different planets, solar systems and galaxies in that soul's lifetime. The understanding of this reincarnation can lead one to accelerate the process and increase the choices that are possible. It is also a step in evolution to realize that the incarnation process is not limited to just Earth. It is a step in your evolution to understand that you can actually evolve and incarnate onto other planets beyond the Earth. Many people on Earth at this time in traditional religions and philosophies find it controversial that one can reincarnate. Imagine how much difficultly they are going to have accepting or even considering the fact that can you reincarnate not only on the Earth but on other planets in the galaxy as well. This is our understanding, and we know it to be true. We know that some of you have actually incarnated from Arcturus. Some have had incarnations on Arcturus; some have had incarnations in other planets that are totally unknown to Earth scientists. The name of the planet would be totally unrecognizable to modern Earth science, yet you might have incarnated from that planet. Many of you have had incarnations on planets that are particularly closer to the center of the galaxy that we have called-and that you know from the Mayan civilization-the Central Sun area. The Central Sun is the origin of the basic life incarnation cycle of the entire galaxy. It is the seat of many high planets, high wisdom and high beings. It is always a magnificent reward and feeling to know that you have come from a Central Sun planet or that you can incarnate into one. I would say rather cautiously that each starseed has had incarnations on other planets throughout the galaxy and that many of these incarnations have been high experiences. Then you might reasonably ask, "Why would I bother to come to the Earth? Why lower my vibration to come into an Earth incarnation where, from a general Earth perspective, there is no high understanding of death or the process of incarnation?" Some of you laughed as I said this! I am not saying this to be critical of all religious or spiritual practices of the planet. There are many spiritual practices that have incorporated the consciousness that we are talking about, and they attempt to understand death. The religious perspective of this planet is limited, though. Imagine, for example, several hundred years ago when the famous explorer Columbus went out looking for the path to India. He had no conception of the planet's geography. The basis of the consciousness of the planet was limited. This is not to say that he was not a good explorer. That is why expanded scientific knowledge of the galaxies is important to understanding religion or spirituality. Knowledge of other dimensions, of death, of what it means to die, of reincarnation and of the soul journey is important for the whole process of your soul evolution and for your understanding of what it means to be part of a spiritual and soul family. WHY DID YOU COME TO EARTH? Now to answer the question of why you have come to the Earth. There are several reasons. First of all, some of you came to Earth as starbeings from other planets to help seed consciousness. The seeding of consciousness is generally done from within. It is not done as an outside intervention. Intervention is an interesting subject. It is generally accepted that exploration and change in the evolution of a society or civilization is done from within. That means that those within a population who could change consciousness would be incarnated souls. The greatest example is the powerful work of Jesus, who came into the Earth from within the system. You will note that he did not arrive on a rocket ship or a flying saucer. He was not brought down and given to a group of people, who were told, "This is the master who has all the knowledge and understanding of how to transform everyone." No, it was done from within. Even Moses went up to meet people who were of higher consciousness, then he came down. You notice that those people did not come down with him. Some of you will remember the other planets that you were on. You will remember that it was a choice to come into this planet and this incarnation. You were met by your soul family and soul teachers, some of whom were Arcturian. Your soul family and soul teachers are composed of a galactic conglomerate of higher beings. They are not just teachers from one planet. You might be in contact with a teacher from one particular planet or lifetime. There certainly is enough to contend with in understanding an Earth lifetime. You might have the mindset to deal with guides from only one planet. You might ask, "Juliano, how am I going to deal with a soul teacher's system of multiple planets?" I would say to you that when you have expanded into your full consciousness and full awareness, then this will be very easy. It will not be challenging for you to converse with different guides. Some of you came here for service and to project new energy. Also, it is general galactic spiritual knowledge that the part affects the whole. Our galactic evolution, in part, depends upon all the life forms in our galaxy. As outlandish and hard to accept as this might be, what is going on with life forms in one part of the galaxy affects the whole galaxy. Events on Earth affect the evolution of the Central Sun and the rest of the galaxy. It is therefore a path and a commitment to work with the upliftment of the Earth. The other important factor is that there are many souls who came to the Earth and became, for want of a better word, trapped in the Earth's incarnation cycle. Jesus came and left. He did not have many lifetimes and used his life as an example. There are countless examples of people who came to the Earth thinking that they had enough power and energy to return to the fifth dimension. They did not do that. Why? You probably can answer this better than I, because you know how it feels to be in a third-dimensional body, dealing with third-dimensional issues and struggling with your identity as a third-dimensional being. That struggle often leads to a total identification with the third-dimensional body and its third-dimensional life experiences. Therefore, it can be easy to become trapped in the third dimension. DEATH IS A LIBERATION This is where the concept of death comes in. In the Arcturian understanding of death, it is a liberation. In computer language, it is a rebooting of the computer so that a new program of the self can be reviewed as the old program is rebooted. There could be a clearing of the hard drive. Many different symbols can be used in describing death. I tell people that death is a liberation. They have no conception that death is such a thing. It is a freeing experience, because they have to give up their identity with the current life form and life experiences. In the fifth dimension, we don't even use the term "death," because we don't have the concept of an end like you do in the third dimension. In our language, we do not have even the descriptions of the duality that so fill your language-the duality of finiteness, of end and of death. We look at the transition of death as a "reboot." This idea of death has important ramifications on the third dimension. I want to go over some of them. We also find it interesting to study how a being coming to the Earth experiences "death." Some of you who are starseeds from higher planets wanted to have this death experience to see what it was like to come into a body and not know that death is a liberation; that after death, you have choices as to how to proceed; and that each lifetime has a particular task or lesson. After coming into an Earth body from a starseed consciousness, one expects to remember all the information from the other soul experiences, how to transition oneself into another consciousness and how to learn and complete the lessons. When one comes into an Earth body, though, one experiences temporary amnesia. This is the path that everyone must follow. You can have total teaching and knowledge, but right before you come into the Earth, someone taps your forehead and says, "Forget everything." Then you come down into the Earth. Some of you do experience the remembering, which is part of the calling of the starseed consciousness. It is part of the calling of the Arcturians to remind the starseeds of their history. Then you come to this concept of the ascension, the upliftment. Perhaps some of the teachings that we have given before are coming back to you. Perhaps you are beginning to understand that, even if you die before this ascension occurs, it does not mean that this is a failure. It does not mean that you did not participate in this ascension. What the ascension implies is that there is an outside influence on Earth. There comes a time in every civilization that we have studied when an outside energy must be introduced into a planet or civilization that will allow a shift and transformation. For an outside influence or an intervention to occur requires a certain basis of light energy and consciousness. THE VOSZ ENERGY BELT All of the participants in the mental process of the Earth population contribute to an energy field around this planet, which has a special name. In our terminology, we refer to that energy field as the vosz energy belt. The vosz energy belt is the accumulated mental energy field surrounding a planet, and it is composed of more than just thoughts. It also includes consciousness and vibrations. Every thinking being on the planet puts energy into this belt. Consider the ramifications of the vosz belt and how everyone affects the energy field. Even a person with the lowest thought-wave energy can enter that belt. The beauty is that those who are of higher thought waves can counteract those lower thought waves. One thing has been proven by Jesus coming on to the scene-one high being entering the planet can have an unbelievable effect for thousands of years. But that being's effect does not always end in universal harmony and peace. This means that there is a demonstrated history that shows that even an internal intervention did not result in the total upliftment of the vosz belt. There needs to be a universal input that raises the whole energy field of a planet permanently. Some will then say that the intervention means the return of Jesus or other higher beings from the extraterrestrial realm. There is a halo now around the Earth. This halo light is contributing to the raising of this vibrational vosz belt energy. Each of you who has a particular higher thought wave can contribute to the overall energy and counteract many of the lower thought waves, even if the lower thought waves are more plentiful. If there are a million people contributing unconsciously to a lower thought wave, this can be counteracted. In the law of galactic spirituality, a higher thought wave or vibration connected to a powerful source like the Central Sun, an Arcturian civilization or the central council can spread its energy strongly through this energy belt. The energy belt can set up a synchronized path for the opening of the ascension. This synchronized energy can be coordinated and keyed in a special way. When this moment of the intersection of the dimensions occurs, it allows a special downloading of higher light and energy. This higher light and energy will go through the whole Earth belt and will raise the energy of those who are already of higher consciousness to a much higher level. Others will also be raised simultaneously. YOUR VIEW OF DEATH WILL SHIFT COMPLETELY When you are raised to a higher rate of consciousness, then your view of death shifts completely. Remember, I used the word "liberation," implying a certain freedom that many of you remember from other lifetimes. Coming to the Earth now is a service in which you have wanted to participate. You wanted to bring forth the raising of this vibration, and of course the halo, which is called the ring of ascension. I ask you again in your meditations to activate with your thoughts this ring of ascension that is around the Earth. Visualize and believe that this ring has the powerful ability to raise vibrational energy fields that are of a vastly lower rate. I, Juliano, activate with my light energy the ring of ascension, the halo of light around the Earth. With your thoughts, this ring of ascension is brightened at least ten times from where it was before this lecture began. This ring is the highest form of biorelativity intervention now available, because with it we are not working on a particular area but rather on the whole planet. This ring of ascension energy is tied into all three etheric crystals that have been placed on the planet through previous work. The whole vosz energy field is again uplifted. Your participation is the fulfillment of your commitment to being a starseed participant. The ring of ascension has a vibration related to the Central Sun and to Sananda/Jesus and the mental thought of upliftment. This includes rising toward salvation and renewal into the higher body of the fifth dimension. Also, the ring of ascension implies that the whole planet can be uplifted. That has brought many of you back to the Earth, so that you might experience the ascension of another planet in another lifetime. It is a rare occurrence even in our beautiful galaxy. Let us work in the ring of ascension energy. Let us participate in the thought that a planet like Earth can ascend. When I talk about the mental energy field, that field is composed of all thoughts. We are entering these thoughts of planetary ascension, where the Earth has a halo of light around it. We have compared this halo to a ring, like the rings of Saturn and Jupiter. This ring of fifth-dimensional light is around the Earth and is activating, coordinated by other higher beings besides those on the Earth. These other higher beings-like the archangel energies, the Pleiadians and others-contribute their thoughts. When a higher fifth-dimensional being places his or her thoughts into the Earth's energy field, and in particular into a powerful energy space such as the ring of ascension, that provides a tenfold acceleration of light and energy, beyond what you as individual starseeds can send even from your higher vantage point. I ask you then to call on your connection to higher beings who you know. Each of you has particular starseed connections. You will be able to work with them in establishing as strong a ring of light and ascension as possible. Let the ring of ascension become brighter and brighter until June 21, at which time you will see a heightened energy field of stabilization around the Earth and heightened knowledge and activity of spirituality never before experienced here. This coming June 21 and June 22 will be especially strong times for the ring of ascension to be magnificently elevated to teach others about this etheric spiritual ring. I just want to say a few words about the Earth death, because some of you might find that you know of others or your life process might lead you to a departure or transformation. You might be called upon and have the opportunity to leave. I want you to understand that your leaving will be powerful. The work that you are contributing to is well received, and there is a guarantee of participation in the ascension even when you are transitioning to the other side. You who work with this energy will have an opportunity to participate with higher fifth-dimensional beings who are contributing to this transformation. I am not suggesting that you hasten your transition in any way. Some of you might be, for example, in your eighties, and the physical body might not have the ability of holding on for an extended period of time. I do not want you to feel in any way that such a departure means a lack of participation in the ascension. Now I would like Chief White Eagle to speak with you. I ask you to please continue your work on the ring of ascension, culminating at the time of June 21 and 22, your summer solstice. If possible, work especially hard on that day. YOU ARE MAKING THE HALO STRONGER The native teachers walk tall at this point, for the Earth is responding to the input of spiritual light that you as starseeds are downloading. By focusing on this ring of ascension energy, you are contributing to a downloading. In other words, my dear friends, you are making the halo stronger. That halo automatically distributes light, stabilization energy and fifthdimensional energy to the Earth. It is like when we pray to the Great White Father and ask that we be given guidance and be given strength. We ask that we be given a light to show us the way. We know that the energy of our prayers will be directed to the right place and that the light will be shown to us that will lead us into the right place. We have faith in the Father and the process. We, the native peoples, have faith in the Earth. We have faith that the Earth responds to spiritual light and energy. That is a great awakening. There are many different forms of astral light around this Earth body. Some of this light is very stuck and confused. Some of it is of a lower vibration. We are chasing away the lower vibration. I, Chief White Eagle, call on the star family-all the star brothers and sisters, all the star grandfathers and grandmothers, all the great chiefs from all the different tribes around the Earth who are now in the higher realms. We call on you collectively as the star group. I call on you to help us in the ring of ascension. Bring your light, knowledge and energy into the ring of ascension, for we will be with you in the ring. Our being in the ring will bring us an opportunity, oh Grandfather, oh Grandmother, to be with you. I ask that all who are hearing/reading these words know that by meditating on the ring of ascension, you will be helping the Earth's energy field. You also will have a wonderful opportunity to be with the star family and your guides and teachers at this powerful time. Heyahooooohh. All the tribes on the Earth have unique connections to the star families. Each continent has a special link to a star group. Some in Australia have a special star link, as well as some in Lake Titicaca, England, Israel and the US. I will say that the native people in North America have a particular link to the Pleiadians and the Arcturians. Those in South America and Australia have a strong link to the Arcturians. The Europeans are awakening to the Arcturians. There are other individual tribes that are not known now. These links will be awakened. HOW YOU APPROACH DEATH IS A SIGN OF YOUR SPIRITUAL PROGRESS I will say that from the native perspective, we reach out to our death as a liberation and a powerful transition. How we approach death is an important sign of our spiritual progress. Strangely, by accepting death and approaching it with a certain attitude, often we are able to heal ourselves in a unique way that would not seem possible in Earth terms. By accepting and greeting death as a friend and a teacher, we find that we also gain new healing powers. Illnesses that seemed life threatening somehow become like a cold and go away. Our spirits are uplifted. Our fear is gone. That is a great lesson for all the starseeds to deal with in this emotion called fear. I know that it can be a great struggle for each of you, but I also know that this emotion of fear is very weak compared to the strong spiritual light that you are working with now, particularly the light of the ring of ascension.
