Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing which improves one’s health and quality of life. Reiki is administered by the “laying on of hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us, animates us and keeps us alive. It creates many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and well being. With the release of stress, your body is free to begin its natural processes of healing and regeneration.
