Comments this afternoon to answer my questions. I expect others will
hear their own comments, as well, but I thought you might like to read
these that came to me. JA

Journal 8-29-05

Christ Michael, or the We that speak as him, I ask for words I can
send. I ask for clarification and I ask for guidance again. I sense a
new perspective and I hope for further insight. The events connected
with Katrina and the postponed NESARA announcement are steps, I
realize, and I ask for more patience and a removal of concern and
anxiety. Speak to me today, I ask, if it is good for me to hear.

Jess, this is Christ Michael speaking in the voice you associate with
him/me. I ask you to tell others what I say today, for your voice is
clear and worth listening to.

This natural event was manufactured beyond any real proportions. The
weather indicators were juggled and the intensity of the storm itself
was miscalculated for pragmatic purposes. It was intended to be a
distraction and a disservice to the industry associated with many
other light bearing efforts. It was intended to stop production of oil
and it was intended to cause so much damage that the country would
fall into martial law. This did not happen. We did not allow these
things to come into play.

The stories you have read about cloud manipulation are true. Your
government can manipulate as well as any other government. This has
served its purpose many times, on many occasions. The hurricanes you
have been experiencing are beyond what is naturally occurring. They
have been manipulated and staged for effect.

This is coming to an end. There is no more reason or time to justify
such manipulation or occurrences. This will stop soon with the
announcement that will occur momentarily, according to your sense of
time measurement. The scale has been tipped enough to justify this
event taking place. The time is still unannounced and will be until
you see the event taking place. But I tell you it will be soon; sooner than you expect.

You react with a sense of disbelief, no? I have told you this many
times and you have heard others say this, as well. This is a definite
event and it is taking place momentarily. What that means is up to me
to determine. It is not your responsibility to determine when this is.
It is your duty to accept my determination and be joyfully in tune
with the decision. You must accept the inevitable vibrational
frequency that will occur as a result. It will be a joyous and
wonderful event for you to witness. The time will become clear when it
is. Wait with patience and anticipation.

This message is what I have to say through you. I will say other
things through other speakers. We are all one and my/our voice is the
same. Each message is different because the recipients of the message
hear in their own way. Look beyond the word choices and grasp the
truth being spoken to you.

Message from New Orleans Green

Malik Rahim, a veteran of the Black Panther Party in New Orleans, for
decades an organizer of public housing tenants both there and in San
Francisco and a recent Green Party candidate for New Orleans City
Council, lives in the Algiers neighborhood, the only part of New
Orleans that is not flooded. They have no power, but the water is
still good and the phones work. Their neighborhood could be sheltering
and feeding at least 40,000 refugees, he says, but they are allowed to
help no one. What he describes is nothing less than deliberate
genocide against Black and poor people. - Ed.

New Orleans, Sept. 1, 2005 - It's criminal. From what you're hearing,
the people trapped in New Orleans are nothing but looters. We're told
we should be more "neighborly." But nobody talked about being
neighborly until after the people who could afford to leave ¢G©° left.

If you ain't got no money in America, you're on your own. People were
told to go to the Superdome, but they have no food, no water there.
And before they could get in, people had to stand in line for 4-5
hours in the rain because everybody was being searched one by one at
the entrance.

I can understand the chaos that happened after the tsunami, because
they had no warning, but here there was plenty of warning. In the
three days before the hurricane hit, we knew it was coming and
everyone could have been evacuated.

We have Amtrak here that could have carried everybody out of town.
There were enough school buses that could have evacuated 20,000 people
easily, but they just let them be flooded. My son watched 40 buses go
underwater - they just wouldn't move them, afraid they'd be stolen.

People who could afford to leave were so afraid someone would steal
what they own that they just let it all be flooded. They could have
let a family without a vehicle borrow their extra car, but instead
they left it behind to be destroyed.

There are gangs of white vigilantes near here riding around in pickup
trucks, all of them armed, and any young Black they see who they
figure doesn't belong in their community, they shoot him. I tell them,
"Stop! You're going to start a riot." When you see all the poor people
with no place to go, feeling alone and helpless and angry, I say this
is a consequence of HOPE VI. New Orleans took all the HUD money it
could get to tear down public housing, and families and neighbors
who'd relied on each other for generations were uprooted and torn apart.

Most of the people who are going through this now had already lost
touch with the only community they'd ever known. Their community was
torn down and they were scattered. They'd already lost their real
homes, the only place where they knew everybody, and now the places
they've been staying are destroyed.

But nobody cares. They're just lawless looters ... dangerous.

The hurricane hit at the end of the month, the time when poor people
are most vulnerable. Food stamps don't buy enough but for about three
weeks of the month, and by the end of the month everyone runs out. Now
they have no way to get their food stamps or any money, so they just
have to take what they can to survive. Many people are getting sick
and very weak. From the toxic water that people are walking through,
little scratches and sores are turning into major wounds.

People whose homes and families were not destroyed went into the city
right away with boats to bring the survivors out, but law enforcement
told them they weren't needed. They are willing and able to rescue
thousands, but they're not allowed to.

Every day countless volunteers are trying to help, but they're turned
back. Almost all the rescue that's been done has been done by
volunteers anyway.

My son and his family - his wife and kids, ages 1, 5 and 8 - were
flooded out of their home when the levee broke. They had to swim out
until they found an abandoned building with two rooms above water level.

There were 21 people in those two rooms for a day and a half. A guy in
a boat who just said "I'm going to help regardless" rescued them and
took them to Highway I-10 and dropped them there.

They sat on the freeway for about three hours, because someone said
they'd be rescued and taken to the Superdome. Finally they just
started walking, had to walk six and a half miles.

When they got to the Superdome, my son wasn't allowed in - I don't
know why - so his wife and kids wouldn't go in. They kept walking, and
they happened to run across a guy with a tow truck that they knew, and
he gave them his own personal truck.

When they got here, they had no gas, so I had to punch a hole in my
gas tank to give them some gas, and now I'm trapped. I'm getting
around by bicycle.

People from Placquemine Parish were rescued on a ferry and dropped off
on a dock near here. All day they were sitting on the dock in the hot
sun with no food, no water. Many were in a daze; they've lost everything.

They were all sitting there surrounded by armed guards. We asked the
guards could we bring them water and food. My mother and all the other
church ladies were cooking for them, and we have plenty of good water.

But the guards said, "No. If you don't have enough water and food for
everybody, you can't give anything." Finally the people were hauled
off on school buses from other parishes.

You know Robert King Wilkerson (the only one of the Angola 3 political
prisoners who's been released). He's been back in New Orleans working
hard, organizing, helping people. Now nobody knows where he is. His
house was destroyed. Knowing him, I think he's out trying to save
lives, but I'm worried.

The people who could help are being shipped out. People who want to
stay, who have the skills to save lives and rebuild are being forced
to go to Houston.

It's not like New Orleans was caught off guard. This could have been
prevented.

There's military right here in New Orleans, but for three days they
weren't even mobilized. You'd think this was a Third World country.

I'm in the Algiers neighborhood of New Orleans, the only part that
isn't flooded. The water is good. Our parks and schools could easily
hold 40,000 people, and they're not using any of it.

This is criminal. These people are dying for no other reason than the
lack of organization.

Everything is needed, but we're still too disorganized. I'm asking
people to go ahead and gather donations and relief supplies but to
hold on to them for a few days until we have a way to put them to good
use.

I'm challenging my party, the Green Party, to come down here and help
us just as soon as things are a little more organized. The Republicans
and Democrats didn't do anything to prevent this or plan for it and
don't seem to care if everyone dies.

Floor Statement of Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich:

The Supplemental for Hurricane Katrina



WASHINGTON - September 2 - Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich (D-OH) gave

the following speech today on the House floor during a special session

to provide relief money for the victims of Hurricane Katrina:

"This amount of money is only a fraction of what is needed and everyone

here knows it. Let it go forward quickly with heart-felt thanks to

those who are helping to save lives with necessary food, water,

shelter, medical care and security. Congress must also demand

accountability with the appropriations. Because until there are basic

changes in the direction of this government, this tragedy will multiply

to apocalyptic proportions.

"The Administration yesterday said that no one anticipated the breach

of the levees. Did the Administration not see or care about the 2001

FEMA warning about the risk of a devastating hurricane hitting the

people of New Orleans? Did it not know or care that civil and army

engineers were warning for years about the consequences of failure to

strengthen the flood control system? Was it aware or did it care that

the very same Administration which decries the plight of the people

today, cut from the budget tens of millions needed for Gulf-area flood

control projects?

"Countless lives have been lost throughout the South with a cost of

hundreds of billions in ruined homes, businesses, and the destruction

of an entire physical and social infrastructure.

"The President said an hour ago that the Gulf Coast looks like it has

been obliterated by a weapon. It has. Indifference is a weapon of mass

destruction.

"Our indifferent government is in a crisis of legitimacy. If it

continues to ignore its basic responsibility for the health and welfare

of the American people, will there ever be enough money to clean up

after their indifference?

"As our government continues to squander human and monetary resources

be used for temporary shelter for those who have been displaced by the

hurricane.

"The time is NOW to plan massive public works, with jobs going to the

people of the Gulf Coast states, to build new levees, new roads,

bridges, libraries, schools, colleges and universities and to rebuild

all public institutions, including hospitals. Medicare ought to be

extended to everyone, so every person can get the physical and mental

health care they might need as a result of the disaster.

"The time is NOW for the federal government to take seriously the

research of scientists who have warned for years about the dangers of

changes in the global climate, and to prepare other regions of the

country for other possible weather disasters until we change our

disastrous energy policies.

"The time is NOW for changes in our energy policy, to end the

domination of oil and fossil fuel and to invest heavily in alternative

energy, including wind and solar, geothermal and biofuels.

"As bad as this catastrophe will prove to be, it is in fact only a

warning. Our government must change its direction, it must become

involved in making America a better place to live, a place where all

may survive and thrive. It must get off the path of war and seek the

path of peace, peace with the natural environment, peace with other

nations, peace with a just economic system."

As many of you already know, members of the Galactic Federation have
been with you for thousands of years. Their presence has been more of
a watchful eye and much of their work has been as you would say,
behind the scenes. Periodically you have often seen our craft in your
skies, but when it was time to make our presence more obvious, you
saw us on a daily basis. The beginning of this period was some 60
years ago and coincided with your ventures into the Nuclear Age.
Another milestone was from the mid-nineties when you were admitted as
members of the Galactic Federation. After the Millennium our
activities were also intensified as part of First Contact and the
coming changes leading towards Ascension.



This knowledge has been known by your authorities, and although we
have never engaged in warlike activities, we are treated as invaders.
Our peaceful presence and discreet interplay with you has at times
helped both you and the planet. We have averted some catastrophes and
lessened the affect of others. We have often met with your people,
and our messages have been re-assuring and confirmed our peaceful
intentions. In spite of this, we have not been officially
acknowledged and our help at times of danger has been rejected. We do
not have to answer to your Governments, but are directed by the High
Councils of the Spiritual Brotherhood and pursue our aim to prepare
you for First Contact.



Your leaders over a long period of time have set themselves against
us, whilst they have plotted the complete subjugation of your people.
Carried out their grand plan for the total control and domination of
the world, and in their quest for power have deliberately started
wars. There is nothing new in this agenda, and the illegal and
unnecessary war on Iraq is just the latest one that has been
contrived by setting up a false scenario. We have to stand back as
much as we would have liked to intervene, and are not allowed to
alter the course of your evolution. We help our allies upon Earth,
but any action has to come from you and by your hand.



We could stop your warring in an instance, and prevent weapons of war
being used, and given the authority to do so may yet be called upon
to act. It saddens us to know of your current problems and we dearly
wish we could alleviate your suffering. We do however understand that
it is mankind that has brought this about, and that the results of
his actions have to be seen and dealt with by you. There are lessons
to be learnt that are repeatedly presented to you, and we are pleased
to say that in most recent times there has been much progress. We
realize why you are going through this period of upheaval, and we see
that the old ways of confrontation are now no longer acceptable to
vast numbers of you.



The collective energies for peace are continually gaining momentum,
and are not only balancing the negative energies but are becoming the
dominant force. What you are beginning to realize, is that it is you
that set the pattern of events and this achieved through your power
of thought. It is on this level that the real battle is taking place,
and you have the most powerful weapon on your side, which is Love.
You are becoming aware of the need for the control of your emotions,
as any negativity on your part simply fuels the dark energies. It is
true that you are being boosted by incoming energies from higher
sources, and this is in order as you invite them through your
positive actions and desires.



We are aware of the great progress you have made in just a few years,
and your success has meant that First Contact is nearer to taking
place than at any stage before. Your Governments fight against our
coming, because the revelations that will come with us will show how
they have failed to carry out their responsibilities towards you.
Indeed, you have been used as slaves to their whims and fancies, and
sometimes absolutely heinous plans. They do not want you to know the
truth, and would still mount even further actions against you to
increase their control.



There was a time when you trusted your leaders and believed they
worked in your interests, but in truth most of them have only worked
for their own. Corruption has always been endemic in places of high
authority, and greed and power will be the epitaph of many who are to
be removed from their positions of power. It is time for you to
receive all that has been available to you, but been suppressed. Your
period of experience in duality is about to end, and you will
rightfully now claim that which is yours by rights. The dark night is
ending its illusion, and the Light is streaming in to every place on
Earth and the transmutation gathers pace. We see the moment rapidly
approaching when we shall at last be able to arrange for First
Contact.



As we become bolder and show ourselves more frequently, so your
military still tries to use force against us and provoke an incident.
Do not worry, we are fully aware of their intentions and we shall not
be fooled by them. Their toy weapons are no match for our craft, and
we can deflect their attempts to bring us down. Bear in mind, that we
use nothing but evasive action and thus avoid any form of
confrontation. We are here by divine decree, and are you
representatives on the councils associated with the Galactic
Federation. Soon you shall take your own place upon them and you will
be chosen for your spiritual understanding. Unlike Earth, you cannot
buy or illegally gain such positions of great authority and
responsibility.



I am Ag-agria and I welcome this opportunity to make an appraisal of
your situation. We are nearer to you than ever before, but often you
do not see us as we cloak ourselves in invisibility. This has proved
to be one of our most efficient ways of keeping in touch with events
on Earth, which gives us an immense advantage over those who would
prevent our coming. The guns of war have to be silenced before we
openly arrive, and that will happen before very long. We will first
allow the dark to fall into the hole they have dug, as people also
need to see the futility of war.



I wish you all of the blessings that stream to you from us, and we
wholeheartedly support you who are the frontline in the attempts to
change things on Earth. Be assured that you shall succeed and we
shall be fully behind you. We have some wonderful times ahead of us,
and I see so much joy and happiness as you are released from the
millstone of ages past. There is truly so much love directed your
way, and it is your strength and power to overcome. The Galactic
Federation are with you all of the way.

At my level in the higher dimensions I am privileged to be in a
beauteous ___expression of the Creators perfection. One of great
harmony and color beyond your present understanding. The Light and
consciousness of all abounds in ways that you have not yet touched
upon. The consciousness of all living forms interact, and each
acknowledges the existence of the other. There is a wonderful feeling
of Oneness and joy in everything that takes place.



How I wish that I could bring you into these dimensions so that you
could experience these things first hand. However, it will not be
long before you too will have risen to dimensions in which the
___expression will be very much like our own. The difference will only
exist because where ever you are, you create your own existence.
Creation will become natural to you, and your personal abode will
reflect your own desires and vision of perfection.



The greatest sights are the amazing gardens that are thought into
existence, that do not rely on conditions such as you understand
them. There can be all manner of beautiful flowers, bushes, trees and
additionally small streams and other features that truly reveal a
Garden of Eden. Can you envisage all of this, and not only is it
perpetually at its peak of bloom and color, it requires no labors to
keep it that way. There are of course flowers and fauna that you have
not seen before, and some are so enormous compared to those on Earth.
The growth underneath foot is lush and soft and as you consciously
connect with whatever you see and it acknowledges your presence. The
aliveness of everything is a marvelous uplifting energy and it seems
to be part of you. There is constant light and no variation, and
weather does not exist as such.



There are other forms of life, again not exactly as you have been
used to but recognizable as small animals and birds. What will please
you all is that insects have no place at these levels, and there is
no necessity for them. On your Earth they are all part of the grand
interplay within nature as everything contributes to the whole. It
might occur to you that birds need them for food, but again there is
no need for them. All living forms "feed" off the energies that are
all around, and that includes us. Also, when we create form we use
light and mould it through the power of thought. Where you have
sunlight, we have perpetual light from the source of All That Is.



We have buildings, but again whilst they are not unlike some on
Earth, we incorporate harmony into their design and there is not the
sharpness or edges that you are familiar to you. We love the curves
in structures such as domed ceilings, and colors that blend together
that are most aesthetic and everything glows with its own light. It
creates conditions where there are no shadows, and you would find
that immediately noticeable. We have our temples and other places
where people can meet and these too are created in wonderful designs
that make good use of the crystal. The whole effect is one that is
most pleasing to the eye and most enjoyable to be in. At the higher
levels only such perfection can exist and you will experience this
when you enter your own Golden Age.



If you can for one moment imagine what it is like to exist in the
higher dimensions, you will be glimpsing your own future. You really
know of these beauties but have simply forgotten them in your veiled
condition upon Earth. You toil each day for the means to exist and
are continually under the pressures of providing for your self and
family. These conditions will cease, and are only found in the
physical levels of existence. Even now some of you are lifting your
consciousness to the higher levels, and in your minds eye you can
visual the wonders that are beginning to manifest. There is a
stepping stone that has been offered that many of you will take, that
is called Ascension. At present you are beginning to grasp its
significance and you will see how the changes that are about to
happen upon Earth reflect it.



We suggest you prepare to put aside your old concepts of how things
should be, because there will be a quantum leap forward that will
take your breath away. It is not simply a matter of leaving the dark
energies behind, but the acquiring of a new consciousness that is
more expansive than you have at present. Already you are beginning to
move in this direction, and you are becoming powerful individuals.
Although you may not realize it yet, your power of creation is
increasing and it is Lightworkers that are now achieving so much that
is contributing to bringing about change. Have you not been often
told of how powerful you are, and know that you cannot have that
taken away from you. There was a time when you were unaware of your
ability to create your future, but now you are waking up and using
your power to move out of duality.



I am Ela and I have told you a little more about Arcturus my home
planet. The energy that is carried in the words will enable your
visualization to be enhanced by it. Sit back and still yourself and
let your imagination run free, and you will lift your consciousness
into the higher levels and the pictures in your mind will become
real. Some of you already have the ability to recall your out of the
body experiences, but for most of you there is little recollection at
all. This has all been for a purpose so as not to distract you from
your earthly responsibilities. Now however, those veils are being
broken down and you are encouraged to see that which is all around
you.



I leave you with the Love and Light of Arcturus that is linking with
you and helping you rise up. It is just one of many energies that now
flow to Earth and nothing will prevent them from being grounded and
assisting you to ascend. Let the Divine Light of our Creator open up
your hearts, and gather you in the Oneness of All That Is.

NASA Scientists Told in 1987
Of Government Plot To Attack WTC

Rene Welch cut "a deal with the devil," a deal she recently broke when
she went public about her two 1987 encounters with Saudi royals,
including two of the bin Laden brothers who claimed the U.S.
government was actively involved in pre-arranging 9/11.

Welch's incredible story, first made public in May, has already been
verified by one other former NASA scientist. But this week another
person present at the meeting also came forward to verify Welch's story.

The meetings with the Saudis took place in Sedona and Pleasant Valley,
Arizona, and lasted more than eight hours each time, the bin Ladens
revealing in 1987 detailed plans how the U.S. government was planning
to attack the World Trade Center, kicking off a global catastrophe,
including a massive war in the Middle East.

Besides being verified by Ronald Logsdon, 49, of Philadelphia, a
scientist who worked in a NASA program with Welch and also present at
the bin Laden meetings, this week long time Sedona resident, Naomi
Niles, also verified the Sedona meeting took place.

"Yes, I was there at one of the meetings back in 1987," said Niles
this week from her Sedona home, adding the details of the story should
be left for Logsdon and Welch to describe since she was not a part of
the NASA program.

And Welch not only learned about the U.S. government's pre-planning of
9/11 from the bin Ladens back in 1987, but this week from her
Albuquerque home Welch added more, saying when working for NASA as a
scientist on brain development research in Phoenix, she obtained a
secret computer code and was able to uncover the findings of a
government-funded project titled "Global Cleanse 2000," a study
outlining strategies for global war and population reduction.

After learning of the government's evil intentions almost 20 years ago
and being a government target ever since, Welch talked about "the deal
she made with the devil," adding she always had a tacit understanding
with FBI and CIA operatives, that if she'd "shut up and lay low,"
they'd leave her alone.

But two months ago Welch broke the deal, deciding to tell America what
she learned about the U.S. government's pre-planning of 9/11, saying
although the story's a hard pill to swallow and "may sound
unbelievable," she felt the need to risk public humiliation,
government harassment and warn Americans anyway.

"Just like before, they'll be after me again now that I went public,"
said Welch who has been drugged and beaten on several occasions by
government operatives.

And since she went public in May the harassment stated again, starting
in the similar subtle manner it did after she was unexpectedly
approached by the Saudis, including the bin Ladens.

But Welch, instead or running and hiding, is now prepared to fight
back hard, making public a 200 page document detailing information
obtained about the staging of 9/11, Global Cleanse 2000 and about FBI
and CIA civil rights violations.

"I'm naming names and want justice," added Welch.

She also said she wants to document her story in a book, starting from
the time she was a `military brat,' her father being an Air Force B-52
pilot, when at the age of three she displayed exceptional ESP
abilities and channeling powers, powers that eventually led her into
the NASA program as an adult.

Concerning the 200 page diaries documenting her FBI troubles and
knowledge of 9/11, copies of the documents have previously been sent
to several members of the former Clinton White House, including
Hillary Clinton, as well as to Taos, NM. former district attorney John
Paternoster, who Welch approached in 1995 about government death threats.

Paternoster, now in private practice in Taos, recently said he
couldn't remember ever meeting Welch or hearing about the bin Laden story.

"He knows me and an investigator named Martinez was even assigned to
my case," said Welch this week in a telephone conversation from her
New Mexico home. "I saw him several times and even have kept receipts
from his office, given to me regarding the 200 page document I gave
him. He just wants the whole thing to go away and is probably afraid
to tell the truth.

Regarding possible FBI and CIA further retaliation, she added:

"What's the difference if they're planning global war and mass
population reduction," said Welch. "When I worked for NASA Application
Technical Center In Phoenix, involved in brain development and mind
control projects, I accessed the code for the computers and read a
secret project they were working on called "Global Cleanse 2000,"
outlining certain strategies like 9/11 to start a global war and how
other strategies regarding how to reduce the world's population.
